American racing wheels?
« on: November 06, 2009, 09:28:47 PM »
I found these on local craigs list, will they fit with no spacers on my 1973 Wagon? All I know so far is they have been mounted on a 90 mustang and then 86 t-bird,  and they have 245/60 14 tires (tires junk) he is asking $50 for all 4.
 Thanks
 Kevin

They should, my understanding is that Fox body Mustang wheels will fit the Pinto 4x4.25 pattern. Sounds like a good deal!

Forgot the pic, I presently have 14's on the rear and 13's up front. Would like to go 14's all around. I do have to find out the width od these wheels, I am guessing 6-7 inch by the tire size he has mounted.

I like that setup, the '79 wagon I had several years ago was set up just like that (13 front/14 back). Gives a nice stance.

Yeah they look good stance wise but it makes it impossible to carry a spare, plus the wheels on it know are similar in looks but steel and rust is setting in.
