alternator brackets

 ??? I need to find out what year mustang or ford with a 302,351w, or 289 had the alternator bracket on the drivers side without a/c or power steering. any help would be appreciated. thanks

I don't know if this will help or not, but I saw a 79 M2 in the j/y with a V6, and it had the alternator on the right side. Another option would be to locate the alternator down near the bottom pulley, gets it out of the way.
