Come join us for the 4th annual "The Pinto vs Maverick Car Show Challenge" August 18th, 2018 in Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio. This event will start with a casual get together Friday night August 17th at the downtown Painesville Ohio Cruise-in on the square, Veterans Park 7 Richmond St. Painesville Ohio. at 5pm. Show day is Saturday August 18th. We will meet at the Chops Grille and Taphouse Restaurant parking lot, 1752 S. Broadway Ave. Geneva, Ohio @10am sharp. We will leave there for a police escort thru the strip of Geneva-on-the-Lake where the tourists will cheer us on with our Pintos, Bobcats, Mavericks, and Comets. The strip is like driving thru a vintage resort town from the 50's and 60's packed with amusement rides, games of chance, bars, restaurants, wineries and many tourist attractions with the beautiful back drop of Lake Erie.
We will show the cars just steps off the strip at the Geneva Township Park, 5045 Lake Rd. East (SR 531) Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio also with the beautiful back drop of Lake Erie..... great photo op!! At the park we will have a Pinto Pitch-in Picnic where participants are asked to bring a covered dish ( dessert if the year of your car is even and side dish if the year of your car is odd). Hamburgers and hot dogs provided!! Bring your own beverage.  We will have participant's choice trophies, t-shirts, goodie bags, dash plaques, and DJ playing our favorite '70's tunes. At 3pm, we will leave the park in caravan style to join the cruise-in at a cool 50's diner in Mentor, Ohio: Annabelles Diner.
