Looking for Pinto

I have been looking for a Pinto for a while and not having much luck.
But yesterday I ran accross one sitting at a business. ( non automotive) It looks to be a 71-72-73 runabout.  Front is sitting pretty high so I figure there is no engine.  
My question is what is it worth?  The body looks really good and I see NO rust from the outside.
Anyone have an idea?
