Galpin Car Show
« on: October 09, 2017, 06:32:42 PM »
Anyone attend the Galpin car show this weekend  (10-8-17)?  I had responsibiliti es at church and couldn't get there until 12:30pm.  What a Zoo. The first clue was three light series to get through the off-ramp intersection with a cop directing traffic.  The rest was like trying to drive down the midway on opening day at the County Fair.  The web site showed a "parking area" but there was a long, stalled line of cars for that.  I eventually drove down many a street, in a rather questionable neighborhood, and the first parking place I found was virtually a mile from the event.

I had loafers on and though it was a 70+ mile round trip drive I just decided to stay in the car and head for home.  So, if anyone was there how was it? Any Pinto's?
