 I find that IF? I take all the goodies I come out ahead.
 Be sure to take the upper and lower plates too as they might be different.
+ the rubber pads....
 Also take the U-bolts so you can match them with NEW units.

Thanks guys. My main issue is this. Gas being what it is I try and maximize my trips.  The nearest self serve wrecking yards are about 40 miles away. We'll be going by there to pick up the Mother In Law this weekend.

On the off chance that I find a rear end the only way it will fit in the wife's "clean" mini van is with the drums and backing plates off, positioned (in part) between the two middle seats.  I won't even go into the agony if I get grease on the MIL's luggage.

So, I'm "limited" in my mode of transportation and without drums and backing plates I should be able to make it fit.  That said, maybe I can buy the 'drum to drum' and then pull them after the purchase, but before loading. Anyway, that's "IF" I find one. Seems like a hot item here and for 6 months now every one has been pulled by the time I find the right Pinto/Mustang II.
