72 ignition switch source???
« on: May 04, 2010, 08:41:55 AM »
I need an ignition switch for my 72, but even though both Carquest and NAPA have the part # and price in their book, they both came bacjk as not available.  any sugestions??  it's the electrical portion that I need, not the key portion btw.

Thanks,
Russ

Check Ebay.  I believe they are on there somewhat regularly.  Good luck....

I've had horible luck with Rock Auto. at least 50% of the parts I've ordered were wrong. ordered two brake drums for the same car (chevy) a couple weeks ago and both drums were wrong AND BOTH WERE DIFFERENT FROM ONE ANOTHER. sheeze.

got a NOS switch ordered from fleebay.

Thanks guys,
Russ
