polyurethane/polygrafite suspension parts

[Where can I get polyurethane or polygrafite suspension parts 4 my '79 Pinto? I'm no 'turkey' I know how to 'spin a wrench'........I want to get hold of a kit like the one I got for the front end rbld I did on my '71 Fbird. Also, I have many questions about how to make this 2.3 'wheeezer' run hard, right now this thing cant outrun a statue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
