new drive train
« on: June 18, 2003, 02:54:51 PM »
I have a 72' wagon and am going to put  the 3.8 V-6, 5 speed tranny, front suspension and rear axle form a 96 mustang.  If anyone has some tips on mounting the new suspension ands transplanting the new engine and tranny it would make it a bit easyer.

is the mustang rear-end a four-link setup or is it leaf spring? if its four-link, your in deep pal, otherwise, the leaf should bolt right in. with a shorter drive shaft, of course.
GET 'ER DONE!!!!!!
