Master Cylinder

I've been wanting to do do a 5 lug conversion and put bigger brakes on my car. I will eventually go with wilwood brakes front and rear, but what master cylinder should I go with? Are the wilwood master cylinder flange dimensions the same as a stock one??? Any input would be appreciated.
