ford 2.3L carbeurator

My pinto has a carb on it that I am unable to find a custom air cleaner for.  Everything I look up for my pinto shows a holley 5200 carb that has 4 bolts up top for the ari cleaner.  Problem is mine only has two and the air cleaner plate won't sit flat because 2 pieces stick up.  Can anyone help me figure out what brand or type of carb I have.  This thing is driving my nuts.

To start with what year is your Pinto?

The 2.3 liter engine did come with the Holley 5200 carb, and while the older models did have 4 studs for the air cleaner wingnuts the newer models had two studs for the wingnuts.

you have a 79/80 pinto I don.t know of any aftermarket air cleaner for that carb you could carve up a stock one or get a carb from a older car the ones with 4 studs just take out two of the studs

research the Numbers on the side of the carb, There are usually a lot of them so I suggest you take all of those numbers down and Just put them in a search field for Yahoo or Google. then sift through what they give you. its what I did for a friend and his carb. Turned out to be a weber if i remember right.
