I was looking for an engine for a 74 ford pinto 4-speed manual transmition. the only thing is that the transmition is a eruopen transmition, when my dad was looking for a new transmitions i think he had to get it off an old mustange. i was just wondering what kind of engin i can put in it because the engine in it now is blowen up :(  if anyone hads a replacement at not to outragus of a price please eather post a message here or email me at JamesStumme@gmail.com

Got one sitting in my back yard. A '74 with 61k miles and probably had the oil changed twice in 30 years. It's not even close to being worn and it did run perfect but burn oil. A set of rings and a ranger cam and  it'll be like a new engine.  Located in southern Ca. and it's free for the taking for someone on this site. If you pick it up in a Chevy then it's 100 bucks.
