Currently, the flywheel is stock, and the clutch set-up is Centerforce DF203024, Dual Friction Pressure plate & clutch, 8 1/2" diameter disc, 26 spline, 1" input shaft.
I have read that I can use the same flywheel & pressure plate, but will need to get a new disc as the spline count is 10. According to Centerforces' website, I would need part number 281220, 8 1/2" disc, 10 spline, 1 1/16" input shaft.
Based on that, I might need a new pilot bearing, as it sounds like the T5 input shaft is 1/16" bigger diameter.
As to the throw-out bearing, Centerforce is calling out N1705 for the pinto 2.3, and N1714 for the mustang 2.3, so I would need that as well.
I don't have the stock flywheel from the 2.5 Ranger motor (though I could probably find one). The 2.5 was in a mini-stock car, and raced once or twice before it got retired, so the motor is literally like new (was rebuilt with new parts before put in the race car). The flywheel that's on it, if I remember correctly, is a light-weight one for racing.
