build sheet

I have the original build sheet ( found tucked in the bottom drivers seat springs ) for my 1977 Wagon. An original Tucson Arizona car with only 59k miles.
MY build sheet is Form AAD-8502-P Dated May 1976. On this build sheet ...Line G columns 28 & 29 the heading is SPEC.PKGS. ( I would guess that means SPECIAL PACKAGES ). Under this heading column 28  shows PROM. I would guess that means PROMOTION /AL ), column 29 shows POLICE / TAXI. ( no brainer).
With all that said, here is my question ... I have the letter "D" (as in Dog) in column 28. What does that mean ???
PS, has anyone ever decoded the build sheet ?
