Just Andy Please Read
« on: August 17, 2006, 07:53:55 AM »
:text_yb_warnin g:             Have reciently delt with a person Andy Harbaugh, who is a member of the site. After his advertisement for black early model pinto seats I decided to deal with him. I then sent the money to him, he cashed the check, and then guess what? No Andy. Numerous phone calls were placed to his residence with minamal answers and every excuse, and more than one month later, guess what, No seats!! Everyone should remember, internet fraud is a federal offence, you know Jail Time!! After dealing with great people like Earthquake, Scott Hamilton, Quickrick and others, "the way it should be" might be to good to be true. Legal action WILL be next !! :text_yb_warnin g:      p84

p84, thanks for mentioning those of us that are on the up and up. It would be truly beneficial if the trader ratings were kept up to date, that would help in making a decision on who to have transactions with. hope your problem is resolved to your satisfaction.

I just need to mention some previous statements I've made about Just Andy. I've recently heard that the reason for the delay in the transaction was because of his prematurely born son who is still in the hospital. If I said anything to deflate his character, I deeply apologize. If it takes more time for his to get better, I'll wait. Just remember when your dealing with someone all it takes is a simple phone call to keep everyone informed. Andy, I hope all is well with your son and may God bless him. We need more Pinto people to carry on this tradition.

Just my 2 cents,as a father of 4 and a grandfather of 5,I understand that problems with a child can really mess with your head. But why, with what was going on at the time it was necessary to make excuses. The truth about the situation was more than good enough to ease a persons worries of the transaction.Pl ease be honest and maintain contact. It only takes a minute to pick up a phone,or sit down and send an email. It will go a long way towards preventing threads like this from ever starting. With that said,I want to let Andy know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.God bless you.

This is an old post that I have just seen. I haven't been on the board lately because my Pinto project was pushed aside for awhile.
Just a note, P84 did recieved his seats, and I hope he was pleased with them, I never heard back otherwise, so I assume so.
My apologies..... ... Andy
