Check to see if your drip rails are leaking. Yes they are on the outside of the car. They have a sealant however the sealant will get old and fail letting in water.

Use a tool to remove the old seam sealer, mask off area, and reapply. It's not to hard. Also wet check around you windows to see if your one piece seals do not leak . If it leaks use Black RTV or Clear RTV to fill in leaks or get replacements.

Tell me about it!  No problems with my Pinto, but I have a BMW Z3 Roadster that leaks really bad. Replaced the weatherstrippi ng and the top - still leaks!  I've come to the conclusion that in order to get rid of the leak, I'm going to have to get rid of the car, so I'm shopping for something else in a convertible.  Sad because otherwise I really enjoy the car! :(
