Pro-Street Project.

I am finally putting together a project car bought several years ago. It's a 73 Runabout. It was sold to me as a pro-street but I think it was pure race - 400 HP, 13:1 compression, Detroit locker rear, slicks, bare interior, full roll cage, electrically driven water pump, no wipers, etc.
I live in Connecticut and will be registering the car in the spring. Any locals out there who can tell me what I need to register it, and what kind of inspection will be done?   .............. .Kevin
