I'm looking at new polygraphite front end components for an 80 Pinto.  For the upper control arms, do the bushings need to be pressed out and then repressed back in?  Are there any special tools required for the installation other than like a ball joints spreader?  Any information or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated before I start.  The plan is to replace all of the old rubber components with poly prior to installing the 302.  I also have new coil springs, 5-lug rotors with new bearings, and new calipers.  Thanks! 

Thanks for the input.  It figures that you would know something about front suspension since "The wonderful thing about Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things.  Their tops are made out of rubber, the bottoms are made out of springs...."
