Need To Drain My Block!
« on: November 06, 2014, 09:47:09 PM »
Hey Crew.
Holy-Cow, it's been a while since I've been on here and boy is this ever different! Almost too much for an old trucker to navigate.
I need to completely drain and flush the block on my "Pinto" motor in my little 48 Willys Jeep project.  I don't trust simply draining the radiator.  Is there a certain or specified drain plug on the block somewhere??   :-\
  Thanks Guys!

There's a pipe plug  behind the exhaust manifold towards the back, it's pretty easy to get at..

Hey Art!
Your timing is excellent my Friend. Just getting ready to head out to the shop! I'll look for the pipe-plug you speak of! Thank you.
