Specifically "A SVO 2.3 LITER TURBO ENGINE?" Probably be pretty hard. Do you need the ECU, harness etc?  Most people here have sourced their 2.3 turbo motors from 83-88 Turbo Coupes. A few from Murkur's but they are as rare, if not rarer than a SVO.  Even the Turbo Coupes (the most likely to find) are no longer readily available. I'm outside L.A a with the large source of cars at Pick Your Part I still have only seen one in the past three years.  Sorry for the bad news. Not saying you won't find one but they will probably be hard to find.

BTW, the only difference with the 2.3 Turbo and a regular 2.3 are the pistons (forged and altered for lower compression) - and an oil drain back hole in the block for the turbo.

74 and up pretty easy.
73 and older lots of work.
What year do you have?

There is a place I came across yesterday that sells turbo blocks and you can have them build up an engine. I can look for it if you are interested in that still. Will not be cheap however. It was one of the racing suppliers.

Me, I say go for a V8. But that is just me.

No lie I'm so conflicted, one day I want a v8, one day I want to keep it original and just add a turbo, one day I was a turbo 2.3 svo engine.

Honestly I might just keep the original engine and rebuild it with a new burton power head a crank get it up to 250/300hp and call it a day.

🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
