The door tag on my 76 Bobcat for trans., it has a "7".   I have seen them with a "5".  What does the "7" mean?  It is a 4-speed manual, but what are the gear ratio's?

my Haynes says all manual transmissions in 75 and 76 sedans have the same gear ratios

1st- 3.651
2nd- 1.968
3rd- 1.368
4th- 1.000
reverse-3.660
Bought a 1978 hatchback to be my first car.
