72 Pinto Wagon - Blend Door on heater Seized tight. Short of taking the entire heater out of the car does anyone have any experience here. Can anyone give me a suggestion to free it up before I tear the whole bloody thing out of the car?? Thanks, jt

You can split the case in the car. There are clips all around it. Take a screwdriver and pop the clips. Pretty easy.

Remove the cables first as they may also be stuck.
