Title: close ratio t5 into pinto

Hello gang, I am hoping to use a v8 t5 for the close ratios. Can I use a 4cyl t5 input shaft in a v8 t5 along with the 4 cyl bell housing or is there complications with fitment? All info is appreciated. Thanks!

the 4 cylinder input shaft has a different tooth count and cannot be used,,, you will have to turn down the input shaft for the v8 trannie or use a swap bushing... the bushing has not had great success though... id have the input turned..
