Okay, I've got an interesting project for you all. We inherited this custom built log splitter my wife's late uncle built back in the 80's. It hasn't run in over a decade and rats had chewed through most of the wiring and hoses. I've been slowly replacing things to hopefully get it up and running again.

I believe the engine is a 1.6L Pinto engine based on the code stamped on the block but please correct me if I'm wrong.

I have a specific question about the fuel pump but I'll post that over on the tech help board.

Yes that is 1.6 liter. Unfortunately don't know much about that engine.

Thanks all. We've got a lot of wood (pack) rats around here which is also why the hood is up on my other project you see in the background (1975 F250). They started making a nest in there as well. I think we need more cats.
