How the Sway bar will mount is dependent on the U bolt Perch plates. This dictates a conversion to V6 rear shocks as the lower eye won't fit the 4 cylinder plates My 72 has the whole v6 Mustang II setup  with sway bar attached to the perch plates. The end links with triangular pivot plates are attached to the floor pan under the rear seat. NOTE: the metal is not thick enough here to expect the floor to not fatigue and crack where the triangular pivots for the end links mount. You will need to weld in some steel plates about 4X6 inch to spread the load around. I've had no problems since with this setup for racing. If you need photos I can try and get them for U. Car is in storage now though.
