Post by: LongTimeFordMan on August 21, 2019, 10:39:48 PM
Some pix of my 73 wagon factory stock, 73,000 miles except a few minor engine mods and 14 inch wheels

Detail of engine compartment showing dual SU carbs on home made manifold and adjustable cam lulley allowing 6 degree cam advance.

Thanks..

Heres an update i changed the paint scheme, removed the hood stripes and painted the roof flat black.

I also redisigned the intake manifold to make the runners more streamlined and extended the runners into the ports in the head.

Here are some.pix..

Impressive that you have the skills to fab an intake manifold. How much did the twin carbs improve performance? Are they a nuisance to keep running good?

Nice clean engine compartment! Nice work.
