New Best For Turbo Toy Pinto
« on: April 27, 2013, 12:31:52 PM »
Took the Turbo Toy to Union County Dragway last night and ran a new best for the 1/8 mile. We ran a 1.41 60', 4.13 330' and a 6.46 1/8 @ 104.36 MPH. Finally got the CalTrack's dialed in and the tire pressure where it needed to be pulling the front tires about 2' in the air, dead hooking and leaving like a bandit. The car is really running consistent now, so, it's just a matter of working on the tree and a little more seat time for Curt Jr. and I think we may be able to go a few rounds or even win a race. Either way, I'm having a ball playing with the car with my sons and just hanging out with them at the track.
