1979 Ford Pinto for Sale

I am helping friends sell their car.  Other than the files being attached here, the short of the story is as follows: 

The same family has owned the car since at least 1997.  The owners grandfather was a mechanic and did the overhaul and restoration as noted, which was mainly mechanical.  Though it appears that paint, rubber and various piece parts were replaced and/or maintained as needed.  Since the grandfather passed on we do not have much more detail than as stated and can be seen in the photos.  The owners are a young family and do not have the time and resources to dedicate to keeping an antique automobile.
