1972 Runabout (GOING TO SCRAP BY 5/28)

Selling my Pinto due to an injury causing me to be unable to work on it.
It is a Ford of Britiain 1600cc 4speed.
Need it gone asap to pay bills.
Project nearing mechanical completion. Turns over, has spark and gas but will not fire. Distributor timing needs to be set!
DOES NOT RUN!
Body has 1 spot where rust has gone completely through (under battery tray) and only one other spot with major rust (under spare tire).
Body has 3 dents but it otherwise straight!
Transmission has a bad 1st gear synchro but still drives. I have a spare transmission in the back.
Car has spray can paint job from last owner. New paint would be needed.
Interior has sun damage, front seats would need to be replaced or reupholstered, rear seats are perfect and headliner is still mint!
I have a new parts that have yet to be put in including brakes, hall effect distributor upgrade, brake master cylinder rebuild kit, gaskets and hoses.
Clean title in hand.
Original 36k milesand fresh rebuilt engine (was rebuilt due to clogged ports).
I have  for over $600 in brand new parts.
$1,000
Must be towed away.
