Car has Collision damage

Engine overhauled last year about 3,000 miles ago
ARP head studs
Cylinder head rebuilt and resurfaced
Firm shifting C4 transmission
Original radiator was re-cored last November
Nearly complete factory Air conditioning (missing a hose that should be replaced anyways)
clean and complete black vinyl interior
64k original miles, odometer has never rolled over
3rd owner, and I know both previous owners
no structural rust
All glass is present and in good condition

Car is on a bit of a time table, and I hope a lot of it can live on before I have to just get rid of it.
