  Yes, BUT and I mean BUT, Unless you really understand what you are doing here you would be better off letting a machine shop do this.  If you take too much out of one cyl and not enough out of the others, you will be asking how much for a new motor.  If you have access to a flow bench and someone who can explain it to you, you would be ok.  If you still want to try it, stick with just smoothing out the sharp edges and casting excess. And dont mess with the valve seat area. You wont notice any monster gains in performance, but it will rev a little smoother, and possibly gain a little in gas mileage.

as for the 2.0 stock cam there 2 types
 1 has a green strip and the outher has a yellow strip
green 1 is a smog cam as the yellow 1 is the to get
