74 Pinto V8 Swap

Need some help using the MII frame mounts. Only 2 bolt holes can be used. Do I need to make a bracket to use the other 2 holes to secure it. Also do I need to move the driver's side back an inch or is that only for the 4 cylinder mounts. Please help. Thanks for
