I found some at Autozone, but they were no good. The knob was broken off the crank on the drivers side door when I bought the car. I found a replacement crank handle at Autozone, it lasted about a week. I got another one, and it lasted almost 2 weeks. Both times the knobs came off. Now I just keep the knob laying in the console tray, and stick it on the crank when I want to open or close the window. Autozone also has Pinto gas caps. I had much better luck with that than the window crank.

I bought some that were an exact match from Advance Store about seven years ago.  Don't know if they still carry them or not.  They have held up fine.
