I'm new so I'm sorry if I've missed this somewhere.

Does anyone know what these clamps (circled in the image) are called and where I can get them?

Welcome to the site.  The company below has a lot of listings that may work.  From your picture, the one above the exhaust manifold looks like the first link.  The one near the washer tank maybe like the second link.
