There are companies that build a 2.0 header already out there.  It's the price that you pay for.  Usually start at $400-500.  Something in a $200 range would be nice.

it seems Racer Walsh has one, however the fit for a stock chassis is iffy at best.

I bought mine from RW years ago, they were made by Hedman. They are a two piece design, the bottom four tubes and collector slide in to the top piece and there are tabs that you put a bolt in. They fit perfectly. This is the only pic I have that kinda shows them, I can dig them out of the barn and take a pic if you want. Also, they do tend to burn the paint!
If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?

Well I found that Schoenfeld still makes them for a mere $159.95 they have to be massaged a bit to clear the motor mount, however at that price I can't compete.

Dynatech builds one too.  Chassis header tht is all I know cant vouch for fit.  Clifford air research built one years ago that was an amazing header fit finish performance.  Hooker super comp I had cracked repeatedly.
