NOS Part#s for Fuel Tank Sending Units

The Part# will be the NOS# on the box, The Casting# will be the number on the part.
Use these numbers when looking for parts on ebay or partsvoice.com
You can also use these numbers to verify what your part fits if you have a loose part off a car.

77-80 car 4cyl part# D9FZ9275A , casting#s D7ZF9275BA, D9EF9275AA, D9EF9275EA.

Trying to help out here.  From what I read above, some Mustang II sending units will work in our Pintos.  I recently found new Mustang II Sending Units from Spectra Premium with the part number FG178B for the unit with a return line and FG178A for the unit with only a feed line.  Here is the application information for the FG178B: http://ecat.spectrapremium.com/prod/ALL/fg178b

Click on the applications tab to see what it fits.  I hope this helps someone.

These can be ordered from Advance Auto Parts, Amazon.com, Oreilly Auto Parts and I'm sure others.  Make sure you search online for a coupon code if buying from Advance, it will save you a bunch.
