1971 2.0 timing

i took the head off to get it cleaned up and freshened up. i am installing a new timing belt... i line up the pointer with the dot on the head. i line up the rotor centered with the hash on the distrib. what do i set the bottom harmonic balancer to? and how do i know the distrib is really set right? HELP PLEASE! HELP! :o ::) :P :-\

The crank should be at zero degrees.  After running, adjust timing with a light.

If the distributor is in the original position the rotor should point at the #1 plug terminal on the cap.
