SO SORRY GUYS!
« on: November 26, 2012, 03:15:47 PM »
After much thought,I've desided to skip the 2013 Carlisle Ford Nationals this next year. I've been going for a number of years and I need to see/attend some other large car shows. This year I'll be at the Syracuse Nationals East in July, we'll see how it goes. I'll miss all you regulars, hope to maybe do both in 2014! See you all real soon.

I went to Syracuse Univ. ('02-'07) and I've always wanted to check out that show, but I was always home for the summer when it occurred. Have you been before? Do many Pintos make an appearance?

I had hopes of having my Pinto Runabout in operating condition for next summer, but recent sicknesses and family projects have delayed my progress once again. I might make the trip up to attend the show, and maybe visit some old college buddies still in the area, anyway.

Hope to see you there!

That's a shame Phil, you will be missed.

I myself am on the fence since I plan on buying a house around that same time. Gotta see what I can do about doing both, but this might be the first year I miss for something other than a car breaking down. Even if I do go it won't be with the same car, as the 77 Pinto will have long since been cut up due to terminal cancer.
