If ford pintos are not fast then why chevy's have to use there parts to make them fast?

I won't be there this year, but I've been there before and it is one amazing car show!  The family and I spent two days there and still didn't see everything!

Oh yea is big. And lots of fun. And same here i can never finish everything.
You can get some grate deals there. The only thing is that is a shame that you don't see many pintos there I think the most I seen it was 4 two years and 2 of then where mine.

If there were any Pintos there the year I went, I missed them! :(   Saw a bunch of other darned nice old cars though!  All in all, I thought it was well worth the fourteen hour drive to get there.  Have fun!

Sure thing, I'll be there! Will be in a modified blue pinto - see you there. Last year there was a super clean  blue modified from Ocala, very nice ride... I would guess he will be back. Will try and scrounge up some Ford parts among all the GM stuff.  Ed

Walked around the show for 8 hours on Friday and glimpsed maybe 70%.  There were several Pinto's but not in one location.  In addition to the attached photos, there were a couple road race Pinto's in the pit garage area.  Never noticed before but a lot of the cars were for sale.  There were a lot more people than the last time I visited about 5 years ago but Daytona does a good job with crowd management.  Picked up a 1:24 model Pinto made by Motormax Toy Factory Ltd. (China) and the box plugged the FordPinto.com web site.  Sore feet but had fun.

Great pic's! mine is the blue w/white stripes; the lime green one is Bobbie T's (w/Opel 2.0); the light blue one from Ocala sold at the show - he had it at $12.5 on the windshield; and the wagon was a hoot. I got some v8 Hookers made for a Pinto conversion - old & dusty, I was stoked. I didn't see people buying up a storm so I'm not sure as to the 'profitability' for the vendors but there was plenty to look at. Now for next year.

Was there. I try and go every year. Missed one since '92. most of the time mine is the only one there. This year there were four; mine, Bobbi T(Bayside auto of New Smyrna beach:many Pintos and stories:) brought her'71,2.0-a/c-slotted wheels,-nice ride;An older couple in a white "woody" squire w/ 18"(?) wheels-very unique! And a "converted"race car(V-8,auto,9 inch) butI didn't get to see it.Plan to go next year. I am,it's close for me(Jax,Fla)
