I would really like to coordinate something to get as many Pintos to come as possible.
If there is a legitimate interest I can try to put something together for everyone.

I've been to CTC in Biloxi,Ms. the last 3yrs.  I have only seen one other Pinto besides mine.  I just got my confirmation from CTC this weekend for 2012.
Why? Everyone has a Mustang.

where were you at in biloxi?  I was all over Biloxi, and I only saw 1 Pinto.  I Believe it was a 74 wagon with a v8.

I'll be there hopefully with my 78 Pinto Pony.  Probably not the whole week like last year.  I went into classic car overload.  Just found out that the Hot Rod Power Tour will be coming through Arlington.

I will be taking that week off from work and cruisin all over the place. We should all try to get together one day and talk pintos.   Everyone else should really try to come down. It's a really fun event.

Things aren't going well with my Pinto rebuild.  I was hoping to drive it to work for a solid month to work out bugs before driving 10 hours to CTC. Looks like the Miata might have to make the trip instead.  Be thinking of a coastal meeting place of the Pintos.

It's the second week of October...the whole week!  Click on the link on the top post by Tinson.  It is a great car show as it happens all week along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  Several cities host the cruise by blocking off streets for the car show. There's also bands, food booth, swap meet, auction, etc.  Since my parents live in Ocean Springs, that's pretty much the only city I go to, which takes place thurs. to saturday. Cruising the Coast attracts over 5,000 classic and hot rods so expect traffic along the beach to be a little heavy. The casinos host a few events too like flame throwing contests and such.  It's also sponsored by My Classic Car with Dennis Gage. If your a fan of the show, you can find him doing some filming throughout the week and possibly get yourself on tv. By the way, I don't work for the MS Tourism board. I just like my home state and Cruising the Coast.

I will be at CTC this year. Would be glad to see another Pinto Member. I'm staying at Motel 6, just east of the Edgewater Mall. Ask at the desk for the Ford & Mustang Club. We will be there all week.  La50pinto
