Hello Group,
Just got back from Springfield IL. where 3000 cars rolled into the fairgrounds.
I got there about noon and watched Hot Rods pull in untill 7:00PM
I had a blast!!!!
NOT even ONE Pinto rolled through. :'(
I saw 2 Vaga's and a few Corvairs.
NO Gremlins or Pacers.
I did see a Gremlin in the spectator parking lot where I parked my Econoline.
I should have taken my Pinto because there was no charge to inter
OH Well... me and my puppies had a great time.
I got to see Hot Rods and they got to eat chicken strips. that some little boy didn't want.
Was a real treat for them caus all they get at home id DOG FOOD!!! ;D
I'll probally never get to leave the house W/O them again.
From Pintony
P.S. You will notice that the absent of photos means I forgot my dig.cam.

I was going to ask if anyone was going to bring a Pinto on the Power Tour... I'm hitting it in Nashville, TN tommorow(June 7th). I'm getting out of school for the day to go to the Power Tour so I'm going regardless...

That's a benefit of going to an Auto-Diesel College, I get out of school to see hotrods. :D

I'll be sure to post if I see any Pintos in Nashville at the Power Tour... I'll need to borrow my buddy's digicam.
1980 Pinto 2.3, Not much now but looking at a 400+HP 302 V8 heart transplant. In 2006 probably, too hard to afford stuff like that in College.
