Ok, yes, I know that there have been many threads that have brought this up in the past, but I could not find any of them with the "search" feature here on the site. My question being:
How do you remove the trim around the windshield, door, and quarter windows on a '79-'80 body Pinto?? I already got the lower trim off for the quarter window, but everything else I cannot figure out. I know that in the past I have heard of a special tool to do this with, but have searched the internet high and low, to no avail, and furthermore, have no idea how to use one if I had it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I already tried to do one piece myself, and have managed to booger it up some. (nothing that can't be fixed, assuming I can get it off to straighten it.)
Well, I found out how to get the door strips off, but still unsure on the window trim and door frame trim. I would normally just mess around with it until I got it figured out, but my chrome is in very good shape, and I hate to mess it up, as I know how hard it can be to replace these items.
Anyone??
