Pinto Car Club of America

Well it's finally gone. I sold my '78 Pinto runabout on Tuesday afternoon. I got $1250 out of it. I had a lot of fun with it and in many ways will miss is, but in many ways I am glad it's gone. It was a fun car to drive and work on, but my dad was mislead as to it's condition when he bought it sight unseen(only saw it through pics). My dad gave it to me several months after he got it and dumped $3200 into it to make is mechanically safe and good to drive. I bit off more than I could chew, the body was in terrible shape because of the evil rust monster.

Any way I just wanted to say thank you all for all you help. I learned quite a bit working from yall while working on the car. I will stop by occasionally to see what's going on. Here is a picture the day I got it. Thanks again.
