Title: shift selector seal trim
Post by: r4pinto on May 29, 2008, 03:05:56 PM
Hey all,

A problem I'm sure all of us have with the automatic transmission is the rubber insert that goes in the shift selector trim. Well, I found one that fits perfectly with zero modifications. Below is the link for the one I won on eBay. It fits perfectly & looks great. Pics to come soon.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=021&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&viewitem=&item=310052792554&rd=1

It looks good & the price was right. Only $15.99 shipped. Hope this helps anyone that needs one.

Yeah, some people missed the post. I was going to bring the selector assembly to Carlisle so if anyone wanted to see how it looked they could but I left it on the coffee table at home.

Does anyone know if these seals are the same for all years of pintos and Bobcats?
