Ok does anyone know how to get the old window sweeps out and the new ones in?

Hey Pintaro,
The sweeps are a trick-y If you need to remove them and NOT SCRATCH the paint then apply several coats of tape to protect the paint.
An Ice-Pick works good but I use a set of picks made by stanley tools that I bought at wally world... W-mart.
Some of the clips are installed in the rubber upside down so you need the hook-pick to get to the clips from the bottom.
You will also need a BRIGHT LIGHT to see down the cack of the sweeps to spot the clip. A set of those lights that look like sun glasses works GREAT and keeps your hands free.
  The clip is used in kind of a wedge and will need to be depressed to remove them with out damage to the door.
you will see a triangular tit sticking out of the hole push down on the tit of you can see it and up if the clip is installed upside down.
