Is there any good and quick way to spiff up old very greasy and slightly oxidized aluminum alternator and AC brackets and get them looking almost as good as new? Thanks!

Spray Carb cleaner does a good job on aluminum.,
Then clear coat with VHT..
From Pintony
glass bead blast them then paint them with a clear coat made by POR15 called glisten.
mother's aluminum polish and elbow grease. more pride in them that way!
