Find a cheap rusted 87/88 Turbo CP/ Mustang GT Turbo / SVO mustang / RS Capri you'll have all the pieces you need. Look on Craig's list you'll find some there in your Area..

Ditto on the TURBOFORD.ORG but I would learn how to do internet searches.....Otherwise you are done, son..... :welcome: Not being an assh*le........Just start with a good running Pinto than add a good running Turbocoupe...NOT A SVO !!!!! (yes some of us still like the car that almost KILLED the V-8 in 1984).....Get ride  of the 2500 lbs of steel and shake well, presto a turbo pinto.....NOT!!!!!

Putting a turbo on a 2.3 is easy but you dont want to do it to a N/A engine.

Dont listen to him ^^^ if you tear down any of those cars other then a TC or Merkur I belive you will probably get shot. Especially the RS Capri. Also dont waste your time looking for the 87-88 TC, there wiring harness are very hard to work with. 83-86 are the years you want or 85-89 Merkur XR4Ti.

The hard way would be to tear down your N/A engine and put in the turbo internals. Then add the injectors and fuel pump to match. You can also save some money and get a Mustang wiring harness and do some repining of the eec. When you have decided which route you are taking I am sure we can help you step by step. PM me or there is a kinda how to on here already by Bill. He is very helpful.

I hope I didnt seem rude to you. I was just saying those cars are so rare it would be a shame to have one tore apart. Nobody likes the Tcoupe and the Merkurs are so different most end up at the junk yards. I just ripped a Tcoupe apart yesterday to get the Capri rollin and I bought the car for $200 running.
