How does one obtain such a thing? Purchase of the PCCA window sticker??

The Numbered sticker is the "Official PCCA window sticker"

Yes and its a static cling so the sticker goes were you go...

If you new guys havent seen these stickers you should check them out in the PCCA Store....very sharp looking...
