Thats just plain ugly.
I personally love the Lincoln Mark look... but on a Lincoln! I own a white and wedgewood blue '79 Mark V that I think is one of the prettiest cars I've ever seen. As for my '72 Pinto, however, I much prefer it's honest, open face to hiding it behind that monstrosity! Who would spend their hard-earned money on something like that?!?!?
Dwayne :tgif:
Not only that, but why would you want to do that to an upstanding Pinto? (which every Pinto is)
i want it. for my 79 wagon
hahahaha :wow:
that kinda reminds me of those old front clip kits for beetles to make them look like an old ford sedan, you know?
I don't think it's any uglier than a BobCat...I like it

Why use a hood scoop when you can lower the engine?

either that or he was making fun of the ugly hood on my bobcat....lol
i could lower my engine, but then I couldn't use my cool aluminum oil pan ( i have maybe 1/4 inch clearance now)
I cut a full coil off and I still can get the engine under the hood....
That reminds me of a Cheeck and Chong movie where he steels the Grill off the Rolls and mounts it to his bug...

Oh wow, that is just what I've been looking for!
Man,I think it would look great. On someone Else's car.
George Barris made those as a kit for the VW Bugs with a Rolls Royce look. A friend of mine has an original that's in pretty rough shape but he still drives it during the summer.
Hey that's an idea, put the RR nose on the front of a Pinto :hypno:
