Title: FordPinto.com Member's Rides
Post by: mrpinto on January 19, 2008, 05:55:49 PM
I see lots of nice Pintos in avatars, but they're way too small! I wanna see some nice pics of all your Pintos!

I'll start this thread with a pic of my Pinto.

I'm Jeff, 32, from Prince Edward Island, Canada.

OK I'll play :)
Here's my Lil Horse. She's a '74 Runabout. I've owned her for 7 years, and she's been a real trooper!

stock 2300/Auto...14" American wheels, Koni adjustable shocks, '77 wagon rear sway bar. She's not the quickest car on the block, but she'll out-corner my '96 Subaru SVX sports car.

Full custom interior, Nissan seats, modded dash, still seeking the "perfect" steering wheel.

I dont have a recent shot of the interior, but if anyone remembers what it looked like before its a lot cleaner now.

Here is a photo of ThunderPinto just after the v8 conversion...77 wagon,v6. Was purchased in New Jersey new by a retiree....lived in Punta Gorda florida till my mom asked him if it was for sale at a stoplight in 90. Transported to Cleveland and sat for two years till I drove it to Wichita in 92. Served me faithfully as a daily driver till 2002 then mothballed for 2 years...2005 was v8 conversion year. Currently being upgraded to Pinto-40.

Here is a shot of my 73' Wagon. A work in progress...shortly to get a new 302-c4 combo. Daily driver, with a 2000, 4 barrel, headers, mild cam...not bad, just want something different.
